Free 20 minute initial phone discussion to ensure services offered will be a good fit.
Session 1
Initial meeting and discussion to identify goals and possible career path interests. Self-Assessment Overview
Session 2
Review of completed self-assessment. Discussion regarding occupational codes and their meaning. Identify occupations of interest based on individualized codes. Identify small and manageable steps to attain goals.
Session 3
Review of identified occupations of interest and how to find job openings in selected fields. Explore possible obstacles to attaining these goals and strategize areas of growth. Identify possible training and/or classes needed to move ahead in selected occupations.
Individualized career counseling follow-up sessions: Focus on client’s desired outcomes and address any obstacles in achieving their goals.
On-going sessions may address areas of support needed for individuals to move forward with their chosen career paths.
